Pyramid Associates is a Chartered Building Consultancy. We specialise in all aspects of building construction, demolition, refurbishment and maintenance for domestic, commercial and industrial clients.
There are 3 elements to our business; Building Consultancy, Project Management and Surveying.
As Building Consultants we provide assistance and guidance in building legislation, health and safety, structural design, planning applications, architectural drawings and building control approval; also the selection, costing and sourcing of materials and sub-contractors.
As Project Managers we supervise building projects on behalf of clients, enabling them to concentrate on running their own businesses. These may be a turn-key project where the client literally only has to turn the key at the end of the job, or simply standing in for a client for a particularly intricate aspect of the construction phase or when they have to be elsewhere.
As Surveyors we provide structural surveys, home condition reports, dilapidation surveys, land surveys, fire-flood and storm damage surveys, asbestos surveys, air tightness reports and stock condition reports - in fact any type of building or land related survey.
A good referral would be anyone who is contemplating any type of new building work, alteration, modernisation, re-fit, refurbishment, demolition or regular preventative or planned property maintenance.
