As Energy Assessors we provide Display Energy Certificates for public buildings - these must be displayed in a prominent area to show the public how well the building is being managed.
We also provide certificates for use as part of Home Information Packs (or HIPs) for freehold and leasehold dwellings and Domestic end Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (often referred to as EPCs) for all properties.
Hips and EPCs are a legal requirement and must be made available for inspection by prospective buyers and tenants before any property is marketed for sale or rent.
As Energy Consultants we provide advice in the selection and installation of renewable energy systems such as wind turbines, solar panels and heat source pumps.
A good referral would be anyone who is considering moving house, domestic and commercial landlords, and people with buy-to-let properties; also anyone considering installing a renewable energy system, anyone building their own house, commercial clients looking to save money on energy use, or anyone who wants to lower their carbon footprint and help save the environment.
